The Leaders of Rhema House of Prayer serve the church family through demonstrating Jesus through their words and actions.

Elders

The Senior Elder(s) should have the heart of the Pastor and 1st Lady, they should speak the same thing the Head (Pastor and 1st Lady) speaks.  I Corinthians 1:10

The elders should keep the Pastor apprised of significant changes in the leadership staff.  Included are:

1. Monitor/oversee weekly services.
2. Moderate Sunday service or other special services.
3. Meet with the Elders, Ministers, and Deacons once a quarter to draft the church calendar; discuss goals and stay in line with the vision.
4. Assist in developing leaders through coaching and mentoring.
5. Preach, teach, give guidance and mediate as needed or when directed by Pastor.

Deacons

Deacons oversee the operation of daily activities to include ushers/greeters, tithes and offerings, and training for future deacons.

 

Ministers
